Jiangsu Dongyuan Textile Technology Industry Co. Ltd, the textile manufacturing division of Jiangsu Dongdu Textile Group, was set up in 2006 with a total investment cost of $320 million yuan. Situated in Zhangjiagang - Jiangsu, this modern facility occupies a land area of 108 acres with a factory built-up of 48,000 square meters.
Our vertically integrated complex is equipped with advanced facilities for fabric knitting, dyeing, finishing and inspection. To ensure an uncompromised product quality and maximum efficiency, we adopt the latest production technologies from fabric processing to finishing. We invest in machinery from industry leading brands, utilizing automated colour management system and dyestuff dispenser, dyeing machines from Germany, stenter machines from Germany and Italy as well as fabric compacting machines from the US.
Having an established supply chain, our factory has a daily production output of around 80 tons knitted fabrics. With established sales channels in the Asia Pacific region and a sales office in Singapore, our products are used in apparel exported to the United States, Australia, France, Italy, Germany and Japan. We work closely with all our customers and have been nominated to be the preferred fabric supplier for leading infant-wear brands in US such as Carters as well as for other major departmental stores and various specialty retailers.
Aligned with our company’s focus on innovations, we have been actively engaging in R&D projects on fabric developments. Together with local & international research institutions, we initiated a fabric research centre, working on projects for the development of new technologies and processes in fabric knitting, dyeing and finishing.
Using the latest technology and equipment, we have designed and implemented a water treatment system with a recycling capacity for 10,000 tons of waste water. Half of the treated water can reused by the factory. These are in line with the company’s commitment in environmental protection and our emphasis on a more efficient use of resources. |
